This report outlines the process and findings of consultation undertaken with the Ngiyampaa Nation for the development of Water Resource Plans in NSW, for accreditation by the Murray Darling Basin Authority.

Over the past two decades of water reform, Aboriginal People have consulted widely within their communities and been consistent about what recognising and accommodating unceded rights to water means.
