This is a declaration of Indigenous rights to water, particularly on the part of Indigenous Nations of the Murray and Lower Darling River. Adopted by Murray Lower Darling Rivers Indigenous Nations Delegates on 14 November 2007Adopted by Northern Basin Aboriginal Nations and Murray Lower Darling Rivers Indigenous Nations (with minor edits) at a joint meeting on 19 May 2010.
