Poetsch and McNaboe's chapter in the book provides an overview of an adult Wiradjuri language class delivered at Dubbo College that was developed in collaboration with lingual academics and the local Wiradjuri Community. Poetsch works with the Aboriginal Curriculum Unit of NSW Board of Studies, and McNaboe is a Wiradjuri speaker and school teacher. Together they reflect on how the successes of adult community education programs could be fed into State schooling through the Aboriginal Languages K-10 Syllabus.
